Positive: Staff was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy.

Negative: It was very hot, 42° in Capetown. The room was a solder room. Ventilation was poor, and the room was so hot it felt like a sauna. The fan didn't help, and there was no air-conditioner. I couldn't sleep at all. I checked out 1 day early due to the conditions. No towels were provided. The bathroom was far from the room, and nothing was mentioned on booking.com when the booking was made. It was mentioned that it was a shared bathroom.
