Positive: The place is new and overall clean. Near metro station, so even if it is a bit further away from the city center, it's very easy to get around and reach any part of the city. Additionally, the staff was really nice and helpful, answering fast and there for any questions I had, which is highly appreciated.

Negative: It was real cold - during our stay in December there is no other heating option but AC, which doesn't heat the place equally, plus dries the air inside the apartment seriously. Additionally, even though the place was very clean, some of the dishes I wanted to use weren't as clean as they should have been, and one of the drawers was sticky.

Summary: Nice place for short stay
