Welcome to our fantastic VERI ALT finca with space for up to 6 people and a private 7 x 4 m saltwater pool. The house was recently restored and is located in a wonderful place in full contact with nature. There are sheep, horses and a variety of native bird species in the adjacent fields. The househas 3 bedrooms with double beds; 2 bathrooms with shower and an additional bathroom with shower next to the poolarea. On the ground floor is the large living room with a long dining table, the opposite kitchen equipped with an oven,microwave and dishwasher, one of the bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. Of course, there is wifi internet,satellite TV and grill. A staircase leads from the entrance hall to the upper floor where the second bedroom isdistributed as an open gallery and the third bedroom behind it, here is also the second bathroom. It is worth highlightinga museum room dedicated to the conservation of tools and objects from the oldest rural tradition in Mallorca. Theproperty is less than 10 minutes by car from Llucmajor and the capital Palma, whose port and historic center are worthseeing. Llucmajor has classic restaurants and bars such as Café Colón, the Spanish bar and Es Caliuet. The weeklymarket with various stalls of fruits, vegetables, clothes, etc. takes place every Friday. One of the most beautiful beacheson the island of Es Trenc can be quickly reached in about 20 minutes via the motorway connection. From there you canvisit the island of Cabrera or other beautiful beaches such as Colonia de Sant Jordi, Ses Covetes and Cala Pi. For golflovers, a 10-minute drive takes us to the Son Antem and Maioris courses.
