La casa è situata in una zona residenziale con accesso da una strada privata da Via Poggio del Barbiere, libera su quattro i lati e circondata da giardino con accesso carrabile ed un posto auto coperto da pergolato più altri due posti auto non coperti. Il retro della casa affaccia su Via della Dogana lato mare e dista dalla spiaggia libera antistante circa 25 metri; qui si trova un’area recintata di circa 800 metri quadrati di pertinenza della proprietà da utilizzare sia per un accesso diretto alla spiaggia che come ricovero di varie attrezzature (gommoni, derive, biciclette etc.).
La villa è su due livelli: un appartamento di circa 150 metri quadri al piano terreno ed un monolocale di circa 40 metri quadri con ingresso indipendente da scala esterna in marmo al primo piano.

Appena attraversato l’ingresso sulla sinistra c’è una camera singola con finestra con all’interno un bagno con doccia e finestra (camera e bagno possono essere adatti per una persona di servizio ma anche perfetti per un ospite).
Dall’ingresso si accede ad un ampio e luminosissimo salone con vista mare e accesso da grande porta scorrevole a vetri alla terrazza antistante fornita di struttura pompeiana in legno sorretta da colonne di marmo e ricoperta da tendaggi parasole. Completano l’open space del salone l’area pranzo sulla sinistra e la moderna cucina dotata di frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Dalla sala da pranzo una porta finestra conduce alla zona pranzo esterna sotto una tettoia.

Nella zona notte si trovano 2 bagni finestrati uno con doccia e l’altro con vasca, e tre camere da letto doppie ciascuna con porta finestra con accesso al giardino. La camera doppia padronale è più ampia e oltre alla porta finestra è dotata di un’ulteriore grande finestra; accanto si trova una camera con due letti singoli e a seguire la terza camera con letto matrimoniale.
