This is a lovely penthouse on the 5th floor (with a lift) with splendid sea views in the beautiful resort of Puerto Pollenca. It is one of a very limited number of apartments Which overlook the bay and the marina and just perfect Directly With The sandy beach opposite. Beachfront Penthouse Tanamar is a private fifth-floor penthouse (reached either by lift or staircase). It makes the most of its amazing location with a very large terrace and balconies which look right over the lovely horseshoe-shaped bay and to the headland beyond Pollenca. Inside, the apartment is modern furnished with wood flooring throughout. There are two bedrooms, one is double with a queen size bed (just replaced mattress for 2018 season) and a twin bedroom. One full bathroom with bath tub and full bathroom with a shower. It has a full equiped kitchen with an open plan from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Next to the kitchen you will find the laundry area with a washing machine. In the terrace there is a table and chairs under a shaded area so you can enjoy it when it is very hot during the day. There are also sundbeds to sunbathe from the balcony. cold / hot airconditioning throughout the whole apartment. Wifi, TV, linen, bath and beach towels, one cot and one highchair, first and last cleaning are included in the price.
