A private pool, a huge lawn garden, the outdoor sitting areas and the sea in front of the villa complete the stunning scenery and ensure that even the most demanding client will enjoy a holiday in heaven!
On the ground level there are two living rooms with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level you`ll find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with air conditioning, TV, wardrobe) offering sea and garden views, and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. A large terrace overlooks the pool and sea.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two doubles and one twin. All bedrooms have a balcony with garden and sea view, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a TV. There is also a furnished terrace ideal to sit, relax and have a drink while enjoying the views of the surrounding landscape.
From the ground floor an external staircase leads to a lower level. On this level there there is an independent studio which can be used for the staff with a double bed, a closet, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a TV and a small kitchenette.
The villa offers by a beautiful big garden with lawn, flowers and trees. It has a big private pool with a Jacuzzi and comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and bamboo sofas in the garden. There is a BBQ area under a pergola, with oven, grill, a dining table and a closed area with a kitchenette, fireplace, indoor table and a WC.
