Positive: The location of the apatrment was exceptional. It was located in the historical center. The profile of the center is very hilly so its not convenient for older people. Except this the apartment was in the perfect spot. Its extremely closed to the food store and many and many restaurants. Also its in the walking distance of the metro and tram. If you are looking for great location, good apartment for the perfect price, this is the choice.

Negative: The apartment was in the basement, partly due to the narrow street and partly due to small windows there is not enough sun light. To stay there for couple of days, its not a problem, but for the long term stay I would not choose this one. Some equipment e.g. handles, taps were a little bit broken.
