Positive: The room and bathroom were comfortable and perfectly clean. The landlord was really nice and kind.

Negative: Everything was good. Only the neighbour on the upper floor was noisy sometimes, walking and moving stuff at 6am, Iam a light sleeper and it was very annoying but apart from that, the place is great

Summary: Highly recommended, clean, comfortable, nice people and nice neighborehood
