Positive: Lovely apartment in a great location. I stayed here as a stopover while cycling on the via Francigena. My host, Giovanni, met me at the property and was very friendly and helpful, replete with tips for the area - places to eat etc. I best of all, he took the trouble to ask about my cycling and was able to recommend a much improved route for my onward journey: thanks Giovanni!

Negative: A small point: the cooking facilities in the apartment were not available for use by guests, at least not without prior agreement. I hadn't appreciated this and was slightly disappointed to realise it after having bought stuff to cook/breakfast with. This may have been flagged on the Booking.com page, but if it was I missed it. I'd suggest making this clear to guests in advance in future.
