Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The place was beautiful and the stay was comfortable. The hall area was great with a working fireplace. We also enjoyed the hot tub.. and the common room facilities. We had a few initial hiccups but the property management was VERY responsive and we really appreciate it. Good value for money

Negative: There were a few minor things ( not a dealbreaker). The bathroom ventilation wasn't working ( but on a positive side- the maintenance guys came within 30 minutes to fix it). A few things could have been improved- for example, the reed diffuser kept in the hall area was empty and needed a refill. The sofabed was okayish. We didn't know there won't be any toiletries. So we were caught unprepared. But apart from that, everything was good
