Room, bright and quiet!
On the sixth and last floor with elevator in an apartment consisting of three bedrooms, kitchen with balcony, bathroom, and large entrance hall. The apartment is located near the University of Novoli and is a few minutes by bus or tramway from the city center. It is well connected by tramway to both the railway station of S.M.Novella and the airport of Florence - Peretola. The area is well equipped with stores and supermarkets.
The rent includes condo, but not heating. It does not include electricity, water, gas, and Tari (garbage tax), to be shared with possible roommates. The house can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, as many as there are rooms.

Contract registration: 60 euros to be paid on the move-in date
It's necessary:
- Always leave clean and tidy the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, entrance, terrace), for the cleaning of which it is advisable to organize shifts at least weekly.
- To make a separate collection of the waste (paper, glass, plastic and packaging, organic).
- Respect the condominium regulation.
It's not allowed:
- Smoking in the bedrooms and common spaces.
- Dirty walls with adhesive tape or something else.
- Hosting in the night friends, relatives or other people.
- Keep pets (dogs, cats, ...).

Stanza, luminosa e tranquilla!
Al sesto e ultimo piano con ascensore in appartamento composto da tre camere, cucina abitabile con balcone, bagno e ampio ingresso. L'appartamento si trova vicino al Polo Universitario di Novoli e a pochi minuti di autobus o di tramvia dal centro della città. È ben collegato dalla tramvia sia alla stazione ferroviaria di S.M.Novella che all'aeroporto di Firenze - Peretola. La zona è ben fornita di negozi e supermercati.
L'affitto comprende il condominio, ma non le spese di riscaldamento. Non sono altresì incluse le spese di luce, acqua, gas e Tari (tassa sui rifiuti), da dividere con eventuali coinquilini. La casa può ospitare al massimo 3 persone, quante sono le camere.
Regole della casa
- Registrazione del contratto : 60EUR da pagare all'arrivo
È obbligatorio:
- Lasciare sempre puliti e in ordine gli spazi comuni ( cucina, bagno, ingresso, terrazzo), per la pulizia dei quali è consigliabile organizzare dei turni almeno settimanali.
- Fare la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti (carta, vetro, plastica e imballaggi, organico).
- Rispettare il regolamento di condominio.
È vietato:
- Fumare sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni.
- Sporcare i muri con nastri adesivi o altro.
- Ospitare in casa per la notte parenti, amici, conoscenti.
- Tenere cani, gatti o altri animali domestici.
