Description
The villa is immersed in a private park, with the high walls electric gate and surveillance cameras that guarantee the utmost privacy, with an enchanting roses pergola leading to the beach through a nice path in the pinewood.
Upon entering the gate the extreme care which has gone into the restoration of the villa and the garden planning is immediately obvious. Nothing is out of place and the devoted gardeners make sure the gardens are immaculate year round.
The external part of the property is completed by a brand new private swimming-pool (7x14 m and 1,40 m deep) built in the wide pinewood around the villa.
An outdoor wide terrace with dining area and comfortable lounging area on the back deck overlooks the english lawn and the rose garden. Beyond the lawn there is a small path immersed in the pinewood leading into the dunes and finally arriving to a private bungalow, an independent entrance (with private access) to one of Tuscany's most unspoiled coast. In a cabaña through the dunes there are all of the necessary comforts such as lounges, outdoor shower and a playground for the kids.
For further needs, at less than 100 meters away from the beach there is a beach resort providing parasols, sunbeds, lifeguard and bar service.
Attractions
The town is within walking distance, and restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and more are within a five minute walk to the villa.
The strategic position of Bibbona and Marina di Bibbona offer a wide variety of landscapes: the sandy beaches, pinewood forests, rolling hills and vineyards: the wines of Sassicaia and Ornellaia come from the area of Bibbona and the surrounding hills. The origins of the town dates back to the 12th century, during the Etruscan period; traces of the fortified walls and the old castle can still be seen, as well as the old tower and the church of San Ilario (13th century). In other words, the historical centre is part of the old fortified area, with pebbly roads and of course a special atmosphere...
The ancient towns of Bolgheri, Guardistallo and Montescudaio are only some of the interesting places in the nearby. The Michelin starred restaurant Gambero Rosso is located in San Vincenzo, only 20 Km away from the villa.

Out Opinion:
Beach Front Bibbona is a modern and large villa that we highly recommend for big groups searching for a relaxing holiday. The villa is only 200 meters from the beach through a lovely pine forest. Please note that from June until September (especially during August), a nearby camping ground holds live music nights until midnight which can be heard from the villa.
