The Villa is an independent house with independent access, private parking and a nice private garden surrounding it.
The Villa offers Free Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms (of which 2 double bedrooms and one Single bedroom), 1 full bathroom plus a half bathroom (WC + lavabo), a living room/kitchen/dining room with sofa and a nice terrace equipped with table & chairs and a barbecue. The pool is available from early June to end of September.
The area around the villa is quiet and the closest beach is at less than 5 minutes walk, accessible directly from the street in front of the villa. If you prefer, the main beach close by offers also private/equipped beaches. Other private/equipped beaches and some good restaurants, bars, and a mini market and the main beach of Campofelice are at just 10-15 minutes walk.
Villa La Torre is a good choice for families with children or for a group of friends or grown-up couples looking for a relaxing holiday, not far from the amenities and very well located to make day trips in all parts of the island.
Also, if you are more families or several friends, you can rent one of the other villas next door, Villa La Torre 1, Villa La Torre 2 or the Apartment La Torre (also advertised on this website) which are independent and would allow you to spend your holiday together while keeping your privacy.

• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
