Summary: Michael's communication is fantastic. Anytime we had an issue or a question, he responded almost immediately. The building is fairly quiet, and well-maintained. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, including a lovely non-alcoholic beverage shop. The only down side is that it's only accessible from Lakeshore Rd, which means if there's any traffic, you're stuck.
