Positive: We stayed just one night, but it felt like a warm home away from home. From the moment we arrived, Kazuki and Masaru welcomed us with genuine hospitality and made communication effortless and enjoyable. The instructions for everything—from the key to the bathroom facilities (the shower and the lovely ofuro)—were crystal‑clear, which helped us settle in right away. The room itself had everything we could ask for: super‑comfortable beds, extra blankets for added coziness, a handy table and chair, and plenty of shelves for our clothes. Spending time chatting with Kazuki and Masaru was a highlight of our stay. Their stories and insights gave us a wonderful glimpse into Japanese life and culture, especially the beautiful concepts of ichi‑go ichi‑e and go‑en. Kazuki’s cooking was absolutely delicious, adding an extra flavor of kindness to our visit. We’re proud to be their very first guests and delighted to leave this inaugural review. Thank you, Kazuki and Masaru, for a memorable night. Wishing you all the best and many happy guests to come! P.S. We were able to get a beautiful view of the sunset and mount Fuji from Zushi beach.
