Positive: Property owner obviously invested resources (money and labour).

Negative: Not a resort. It is a house that has been converted into numerous smaller units. All renters share one small back yard which does have a pool and numerous loungers and umbrellas. There is no privacy. The location is in a fairly rundown residential area. The bed was extreme soft. (Not comfortable)
