Positive: It is all brand new everything is perfect condition. The location is right by a HUGE grocery store and the train stop.

Negative: Cold, sterile feeling, not a warm overall vibe. There was absolutely no one there and we arrived an hour before check in and they would not let us check in. The value was not worth the price tag.
